Verticoli lança novo single "Milk and Honey" sendo o quarto trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado os singles "See You Around" e "Home".
O mundo está uma bagunça. A música é sobre isso. Você vai para a Califórnia ou no Brasil Arraial do Cabo, acha o lugar lindo... mas aí você percebe o quão bagunçado o resto do país está, os efeitos colaterais que isso tem para o resto do mundo, e é super deprimente.
"Milk and Honey" traz a raiva que qualquer amante de rock precisa nesse início de faixa. Com riffs marcantes e batidas que nos agitam, rapidamente a canção nos leva em um clima de punk rock. Com a raiva que está espalhando ao redor do mundo, estamos na urgência de trocar o governo incompetente e incapaz, isso está deixando a gente deprimido e sem horizonte para o futuro.
A raiva toma conta e uma revolução começa a se formar em nossa mente, estamos com muitas revoltas e o rock and roll nos consome nesse solo de guitarra que instaura o caos. O caos está por toda parte, sentimos um furacão sendo formado em nosso quarto. Cantamos juntos e deixamos essa energia nos contagiar.
"Milk and Honey" traz aquele vento da liberdade em nosso rosto, podemos imaginar pegando o carro, na estrada, ligando o rádio no volume mais alto e de repente estamos cantando juntos e soltando a voz no refrão e deixando as transições nos levar para longe. Com um poder catártico, letras fortes e que evocam indignação, estamos fortemente envolvidos nesse rock.

Verticoli releases new single "Milk and Honey," his fourth release this year. Previously, the singles "See You Around" and "Home" had already been released.
The world is a mess. The song is about that. You go to California or Arraial do Cabo in Brazil, you think it's beautiful... but then you realize how messed up the rest of the country is, the side effects this has on the rest of the world, and it's incredibly depressing.
"Milk and Honey" brings the anger any rock lover needs at the beginning of the track. With striking riffs and stirring beats, the song quickly takes us into a punk rock mood. With the anger spreading around the world, we are in a rush to change the incompetent and incapable government. This is leaving us depressed and without a horizon for the future.
Anger takes over, and a revolution begins to form in our minds. We're full of revolts, and rock and roll consumes us with this guitar solo that creates chaos. Chaos is everywhere; we feel a hurricane brewing in our rooms. We sing along and let this energy infect us.
"Milk and Honey" brings that wind of freedom to our faces. We can imagine getting in the car, on the road, turning the radio up loud, and suddenly we're singing along, unleashing our voices in the chorus, letting the transitions carry us away. With its cathartic power and powerful lyrics that evoke indignation, we're deeply involved in this rock song.
