Summerhouse lança EP "The Pull Away" com 4 faixas sendo o mais novo grande trabalho lançado. Antes, havia sido lançado alguns singles que fazem parte do EP.
Após o sucesso do EP de estreia, All I Know, e do sucessor Burn All Night, o lançamento do EP completo fecha a jornada emocional e musical. Ele apresenta uma gama completa de estilos musicais, com influências do synth-pop, pós-punk. A narrativa lírica é uma história com a qual muitos se identificam, sobre desejo e saudade, desespero e desilusão amorosa, ou incerteza sobre se arrepender.
Summerhouse é o projeto do produtor e multi-instrumentista irlandês-inglês Conall Hill. Nascido e criado no leste de Londres, Hill passou a adolescência e o início da vida adulta tocando em bandas indie (principalmente com o Crash Magnets) nos pubs e porões da capital.
"Intro" é a primeira faixa, com uma tapeçaria etérea no arranjo, capta nossa atenção em um ambiente que proporciona luzes frias, nos levando em uma jornada imersiva, com sintetizador que tem sobreposição. A vocalista entra, com delicadeza que combina muito bem com a melodia. Na sequência, entram riffs de guitarra e batidas fortes, cativantes.
"Burn All Night" é a segunda canção, ocorre uma transição muito bem produzida no termino da canção anterior. Com uma construção sólida, somos levados em um ambiente marcado pelos beats. A vocal traz o pop em uma canção que oferece nuance futurista, com refrão suave que faz a gente deslizar em uma textura atemporal, em um encontro de estilos que rompe as barreiras do gênero.
"All I Know" é a terceira canção, com beats mais agitados, nos leva em um pop cativante, com um ritmo que flui em nosso, dançamos lentamente. Tem uma melodia contagiante, hipnotizante, com um refrão onde a cantora traz vocais mais agudos e falsetes aos finais dos versos. O sintetizador traz intensidade nas transições e mantém uma melodia constante ao fundo.
"Daisy" é a quarta faixa, com vocal mais isolado no início, vindo de um lugar distante, aspectos etéreos, ecos, a canção começa em uma textura que parece que estamos chegando em um lugar transcendental. Delicada, minimalista e com texturas que vão interagindo com a gente. Os beats entram em seu decorrer de forma discreta, até que crescem e a melodia ganha um corpo. Finaliza o EP com um ambiente onde a gente se sente desconectado de tudo ao redor, simplesmente somos expostos a uma jornada imersiva que vai crescendo, com transições vibrantes e surpreendentes, com aspectos cinematográficos que seriam perfeitos para um filme de ficção.

Summerhouse releases the EP "The Pull Away" with 4 tracks, their latest major release. Several singles that are part of the EP had already been released.
Following the success of their debut EP, All I Know, and its successor Burn All Night, the release of the full EP completes their emotional and musical journey. It presents a full range of musical styles, with influences from synth-pop and post-punk. The lyrical narrative is a story many can identify with, about desire and longing, despair and heartbreak, or uncertainty about regret.
Summerhouse is the project of Irish-English producer and multi-instrumentalist Conall Hill. Born and raised in East London, Hill spent his adolescence and early adulthood playing in indie bands (mainly Crash Magnets) in pubs and basements of the capital.
"Intro" is the first track, with an ethereal tapestry in its arrangement, capturing our attention in an environment that provides cool lighting, leading us on an immersive journey with layered synthesizers. The vocalist enters with a delicacy that blends perfectly with the melody. Following this are two guitar riffs and strong, captivating beats.
"Burn All Night" is the second song, a very well-produced transition from the previous track. With a solid construction, we are taken into an environment marked by the beats. The vocals bring pop to a song that offers futuristic nuances, with a smooth chorus that makes us glide into a timeless texture, in a meeting of styles that breaks down genre barriers.
"All I Know" is the third song, with more upbeat rhythms, taking us on a captivating pop journey, with a rhythm that flows smoothly, making us dance slowly. It has a contagious, mesmerizing melody, with a chorus where the singer uses higher-pitched vocals and falsettos at the end of the verses. The synthesizer brings intensity to the transitions and maintains a constant melody in the background.
"Daisy" is the fourth track, with a more isolated vocal at the beginning, coming from a distant place, ethereal aspects, echoes; the song begins with a texture that makes it seem like we are arriving in a transcendental place. Delicate, minimalist, and with textures that interact with us. The beats enter discreetly throughout, until they grow and the melody takes shape. It concludes the EP with an atmosphere where we feel disconnected from everything around us; we are simply exposed to an immersive journey that grows, with vibrant and surprising transitions, with cinematic aspects that are perfect for a science fiction film.
