De relacionamentos tóxicos ao medo do apocalipse, Emily não se deixa abater pelos seus problemas, em um trabalho que mostra ela lutando com seu lado selvagem, criando músicas empoderadoras e provocantes. "Whiskey Like Me" é a primeira faixa, com a intensidade que um EP precisa para ter seu start, aqui a gente sente toda a energia em uma tapeçaria onde o rock pinta um cenário clássico, com tendência blues, que incendeia os amantes de rock and roll. As linhas de guitarra aqui nos levam ao movimento, onde Emily impressiona e toma a cena com sua performance autêntica e cheia de personalidade, ela canta de forma teatral aqui e entrega tudo.
"Kills Me To Love You" tem um ritmo crescente, toda a energia de um rock and roll que carrega uma atmosfera que é formada em ondas, Emily aqui nos guia em meio a riffs que crescem, ela leva a faixa conforme quer, com um vocal que é poderoso, apresentando transições que são eletrizantes e vibrantes no refrão. "Buried Alive" é a quarta canção, em uma sequência que traz uma balada estilo anos 80, no rock clássico, a música vai crescendo aos poucos, com fortes batidas que fazem o corpo da música, sua estrutura. A guitarra traz uma atmosfera que participa dos contornos sonoros, que orna e nos deixa alucinados. É um tipo de música para ouvir a noite, abrir uma bela garrafa de vinho e deixar a atmosfera ser pintada com o melodic metal. "Animal" finaliza, sendo a quinta faixa, tem um vídeo clipe que mostra Emily em uma narrativa onde encontra homem errado, então nesse vídeoclipe que tem Emily na versão artista trazendo sua performance e a outra personagem Emily mostra ela tendo problemas de relacionamento. A letra da canção mostra o lado mais selvagem de Emily, onde mostra os sentimentos de uma mulher quando está com um homem fraco, que tem muitas mentiras, acaba não sendo um homem de verdade. E encontra um homem melhor, com virtudes que agradam uma mulher. Essa faixa comunica com mulheres do mundo todo, em um ambiente rock onde Emily traz muita energia e uma performance brilhante em um vídeo clipe divertido e atraente. É uma canção poderosa, que gruda na cabeça e faz a gente cantar junto no refrão.

Emily Mac releases new EP "ROCK N ROLL ANIMAL" with 5 tracks, her first major release this year. Several singles from the EP were also released this year, and we'll be checking them all out.

"Whiskey Like Me" is the first track, with the intensity an EP needs to get started. Here, we feel all the energy in a tapestry where rock paints a classic, bluesy backdrop that ignites rock and roll lovers. "Going Down Singing" is the track that addresses the apocalypse and the end of the world, in a melodic sound that flows with danceable beats, quite sexy. The song has its lightness, it's slower and gradually develops, suddenly taking us into a chorus where Emily captivates us and creates a captivating atmosphere that holds our attention. At the beginning of the song, she already presents a narrative that sounds as if we were face to face, bringing an intimate side to the song.
