O Trick Shooter Social Club é uma banda de roots rock de Chicago, que celebra o rock and roll americano com batidas fortes e palmas, de uma forma estranhamente culta, um pouco embebida em uísque e com um toque de cansaço do mundo – sempre deixando espaço para a redenção. Trickshooter Social Club is a roots rock band from Chicago that celebrates American rock and roll with strong beats and handclaps, in a strangely cultured way, a little whiskey-soaked and with a touch of world-weariness – always leaving room for redemption. Their musical mosaic of roots, alternative country, and blues is the sound of garage rock with a conscience.

The album opens with true rock, with that folk tone. "We're Better When We're Broken" is pure energy, with sounds that immediately show us that the album is a burst of energy for us, vibrant, with creative arrangements, witty and insightful lyrics, a song that has a lot of strength and presence, we love it. It's simply captivating, just the way we love it, a song that opens the album perfectly and keeps us wanting to listen more and more.

"Wide Awake" features rock vocals, has intelligent arrangements, makes us enter that folk-rock vibe of past decades, which few know how to do, a song that manages to bring nostalgia and innovation, a delightful and super fun song that makes us think, that makes us question what we are doing, if it's the right stance, this song represents us, it releases a stifled voice, it amuses us and represents us with a very serious strength at the same time, we love it very much.
