Mardi Gras lança novo vídeo clipe "Don't touch the sinner" sendo a oitava faixa do álbum "Sandcastle". Sandcastle é o quarto álbum de estúdio, conta uma história que precisava ser contada, uma história de amor, bullying e narcisismo, temas que estão presentes no nosso dia a dia e nas histórias que nos contam. Especialmente este single e o videoclipe dirigido por Manuela Kail que está absoluto cinema.
"Sandcastle" é o quarto álbum do Mardi Gras, uma das bandas de rock alternativo mais duradouras de Roma. Foi em 2006 que o Mardi Gras lançou seu primeiro álbum completo, "Drops Made". A banda fez extensas turnês, inclusive pela Irlanda, primeiro como um duo acústico e depois como uma banda elétrica completa. Considerada uma das principais bandas ao vivo da Itália e uma das mais ouvidas no MySpace, eles dividiram o palco com Glen Hansard and the Frames, Billy Bragg, Mundy, Noah and the Whale e Micah P. Mardi Gras releases new music video "Don't Touch the Sinner," the eighth track from the album "Sandcastle." Sandcastle is their fourth studio album, telling a story that needed to be told—a story of love, bullying, and narcissism, themes present in our daily lives and in the stories we are told. This single and the music video, directed by Manuela Kail, are especially cinematic.
"Sandcastle" is the fourth album by Mardi Gras, one of Rome's longest-running alternative rock bands. In 2006, Mardi Gras released their first full-length album, "Drops Made." The band toured extensively, including Ireland, first as an acoustic duo and then as a full electric band. Considered one of Italy's leading live bands and one of the most listened to on MySpace, they have shared the stage with Glen Hansard and the Frames, Billy Bragg, Mundy, Noah and the Whale, and Micah P. Hinson, among others, in addition to performing at major festivals and independent events throughout the country, receiving enthusiastic reviews and radio interviews. Neil Young chose two songs from Mardi Gras for the special section of his website, called "Songs of the Times," a collection of anti-war, pacifist, and protest songs from artists around the world.
