Lost Chimes acaba de lançar seu novo e poderoso single, uam faixa de folk deliciosa que nos faz viajar, com sonoridades que nos deixam encantados e que nos surpreendem com muita autenticidade e talento, amamos os vocais.

Lost Chimes é o projeto de Gemma e Nicky Kirk. Reconhecidas pela "voz sublime e excepcional" de Gemma e pelo som arrepiante ao vivo, a banda produz música e performances intimistas que provocam, acalmam e cristalizam a vida. Em 2020, lançaram seu single de estreia, uma versão atmosférica e envolvente de "Love Will Tear Us Apart", do Joy Division. Seu álbum homônimo foi lançado em maio de 2021 – uma paisagem sonora fascinante, repleta do fluxo e refluxo de amigos, família, vida e perdas.

Seu novo single Thousands Are Sailing traz suavidade, um folk leve e que ao mesmo tempo soa poderoso, com uma letra que nos leva a refletir, uma canção que nos faz ficar prontos para confrontar nossos sentimentos, que nos coloca diante das mais profundas sensações, com a linda voz de Gemma a gente consegue sentir cada palavra expressada, ela toca nossos corações e a gente se sente abraçado e aquecido, é uma música feita por quem sabe o que está fazendo, por quem ama o que faz. 

Canção intimista e crua, cheia de alma e entrega, que coloca na mesa as emoções tanto do cantor, quanto do ouvinte, conectando profundamente os dois, nós amamos o como essa faixa nos fez sentir fora da rotina caótica e dentro de nós mesmos, um momento de encontro com nossas sensações, simplesmente único e intenso, nós estamos muito felizes por ter encontrado uma música que nos dá a oportunidade de ouvir um belo folk bem cantado e ao mesmo tempo ter profundidade e nos sentir abraçados. Lost Chimes is the project of Gemma and Nicky Kirk. Reconstructed by Gemma's "sublime and exceptional voice" and by her lively soul, the band produces music and intimate performances that provoke, soothe and crystallize life. In 2020, they will release their star single, an atmospheric and enveloping version of "Love Will Tear Us Apart", by Joy Division. Their self-titled album was released in May 2021 – a fascinating soundscape, filled with the ebb and flow of friends, family, life and loss.

Her new single Thousands Are Sailing traces softness, a light folk and that at the same time is powerful, with a lyric that leads us to reflect, a song that makes us ready to confront our feelings, that places us in front of the deepest sensations, with Gemma's beautiful voice people can feel every word expressed, she touches us hearts and people feel embraced and aquecido, and a music made because they know what they are doing, because they love what they are doing.
