ALPY lança novo single "What's Up? (feat JDro)" sendo o terceiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o EP "The Calm Before The Storm" e o single "Amnesia".
Com Adrian Swish no comando da mixagem, gravação e masterização deste projeto, "What's Up?" mostra a evolução de ALPY como artista, enquanto ele se aventura no universo do R&B, partindo de suas raízes no Hip-Hop. Inspirados por experiências e emoções pessoais, ALPY e JDro encontraram a batida perfeita para expressar seus sentimentos, resultando em uma faixa não apenas envolvente, mas também uma prova da química musical entre os dois.
O trabalho de ALPY é enraizado em experiências de vida e moldado pela energia criativa ao seu redor, tornando sua música não apenas autêntica, mas também profundamente identificável.
"What's Up?" inicia com muita suavidade em um toque LoFi de algo que lembra acordes de violão ou guitarra bem suaves, que nos faz entrar em uma vibe relaxante e que flutua o ouvinte para longe. Os beats iniciam e nos cativam, sentimos que vem aquelo som fresco, embalando a gente nos beats que começam e trazem uma atmosfera hip hop.
O vocal nos contagia e envolve com rimas rápidas, com um timbre sólido, rapidamente a canção gruda o ritmo em nossa mente, flui em nosso corpo e já estamos de repente balançado a cabeça no ritmo da canção. O vocal hip hop que entra no decorrer da faixa traz um timbre mais despojado, soltando a voz e trazendo algo mais pop dentro do hip hop. É fascinante quando o universo trap, hip hop e pop se colidem e produzem uma faixa como essa, que dificilmente se encaixa em um gênero, com uma nuance fluída que corre facilmente em nossas veias.
"What's Up?" tem uma letra forte, um ambiente sonoro retrô, que traz a nostalgia dos anos 2000, onde crescemos ouvindo, mas ao mesmo tempo é moderna, eletrizando do início ao fim. A canção traz um clima que cai muito bem ouvir em um dia de praia, sombra, som do mar, o vento fresco, um Drink e essa faixa para trazer uma vibe descontraída. A canção é muito bem produzida, com equilíbrio sonoro que é maravilhoso no hip hop, batidas que balançam nosso corpo, e o LoFi ao fundo que é impagável, constante, mantendo a gente conectado do início ao fim.

ALPY releases new single "What's Up? (feat. JDro)", his third release this year. Previously, he released the EP "The Calm Before The Storm" and the single "Amnesia".
With Adrian Swish handling the mixing, recording, and mastering of this project, "What's Up?" showcases ALPY's evolution as an artist, as he ventures into the R&B universe, departing from his Hip-Hop roots. Inspired by personal experiences and emotions, ALPY and JDro found the perfect beat to express their feelings, resulting in a track that is not only captivating but also a testament to the musical chemistry between the two.
ALPY's work is rooted in life experiences and shaped by the creative energy around him, making his music not only authentic but also deeply relatable.
"What's Up?" It starts very smoothly with a LoFi touch, reminiscent of very soft guitar chords, which creates a relaxing vibe that floats the listener away. The beats begin and captivate us; we feel that fresh sound, enveloping us in the beats that begin and bring a hip-hop atmosphere.
The vocals are contagious and involve us with fast rhymes and a solid timbre. Quickly, the song's rhythm sticks in our minds, flows through our bodies, and suddenly we're nodding our heads to the beat. "What's Up?" It has strong lyrics, a retro soundscape that evokes the nostalgia of the 2000s, the era we grew up listening to, but at the same time it's modern, electrifying from beginning to end. The song creates a vibe that's perfect for a day at the beach, in the shade, with the sound of the sea, a cool breeze, a drink, and this track to bring a relaxed vibe. The song is very well produced, with a wonderful sonic balance in hip hop, beats that move our bodies, and the priceless, constant LoFi background, keeping us connected from start to finish.
