MERCURIUS lança novo single "Streetlights" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado os singles "Make a Difference" e "Dead or Alive" no ano passado.
A banda formada por pai e filho, Paul na guitarra e James no vocal chega agora com esse novo single genial em um lindo dueto entre James e Jazzy, que nos faz sentir como uma canção pode ficar completa e gostosa de ouvir em uma complementaridade entre um vocal masculino e feminino que combinam entre si, é fantástico isso.
"Streelights" soa como Of Monsters and Men, em uma canção que tem batidas agitadas como em um art rock e o vocal sólido de James com o vocal mais doce e agudo de Jazzy, em um constraste que equilibra a sonoridade da faixa. A guitarra fica fazendo riffs ao fundo que é como um solo na tapeçaria deste art rock, nos fazendo sentir como em um hino de rock and roll clássico, a guitarra faz crescer o ambiente e então nos empolga bastante.
"Streelights" tem um solo fenomenal na parte do meio da canção, nos arrebatando em um trabalho genial e autêntico, é raro poder ouvir uma harmonia gostosa em uma banda e a parceria de Jazzy, parece que estão cantando e tocando a vida inteira, com a bateria fazendo um trabalho incrível também. Olly, o engenheiro de estúdio, também deu uma grande contribuição para esse hino do rock.
Podemos falar e valorizar essa faixa, sua animação e o poder de levantar um ambiente, não tem a melancolia tradicional britânica, mas a força e energia para incendiar nossos corações e nos aquecer por dentro e contagiar para cantarmos juntos. Um grande single de Mercurius que chega com tudo em 2024.

MERCURIUS releases new single "Streetlights" being the first work released this year. Previously, the singles “Make a Difference” and “Dead or Alive” were released last year.
The band formed by father and son, Paul on guitar and James on vocals now arrives with this brilliant new single in a beautiful duet between James and Jazzy, which makes us feel how a song can be complete and enjoyable to listen to in a complementarity between a male and female vocals that match each other, that's fantastic.
"Streelights" sounds like Of Monsters and Men, in a song that has agitated beats like art rock and James' solid vocals with Jazzy's sweeter, higher-pitched vocals, in a contrast that balances the sound of the track. The guitar riffs in the background, which is like a solo in the tapestry of this art rock, making us feel like a classic rock and roll anthem, the guitar makes the atmosphere grow and then excites us a lot.
"Streelights" has a phenomenal solo in the middle of the song, taking us into a brilliant and authentic work, it's rare to be able to hear a delicious harmony in a band and Jazzy's partnership, it seems like they've been singing and playing their entire lives, with the drums doing an amazing job too. Olly, the studio engineer, also made a huge contribution to this rock anthem.
