 TOTAL REVERENDS acaba de trazer novo single uma faixa genial de muita energia que nos chama a atenção, rock cru, de instrumental inteligente que nos deixa completamente envolvidos, esse trabalho nos faz lembrar o porque amamos tanto rock clássico, simplesmente o sensacional, cativante e cheio e magia.

TOTAL REVERENDS nasceu em Roma do encontro de dois músicos cujas trajetórias individuais já eram marcadas por vasta experiência e ampla gama criativa. O guitarrista e vocalista Francesco Forni uniu-se ao baterista Piero Monterisi para construir algo que pudesse conter disciplina e espontaneidade no mesmo contexto; suas origens são diversas e esse contraste tornou-se central para a identidade do projeto.

Desde o início, TOTAL REVERENDS foi concebido como um espaço onde a colaboração e a experimentação pudessem caminhar lado a lado, um espírito já testado ao longo de uma longa série de concertos antes que o projeto tomasse forma por completo.

What you lost é uma música de rock, com aquela pegada que traz nostálgia, mas que ao mesmo tempo é completamente inovadora e de sonoridades muito autênticas, essa canção tem um instrumental que traz aquele clima de rock, aquela energia que a gente já até esqueceu que existe, pois poucos fazem dessa forma atualmente, nós nos sentimos completamente envolvidos com esses arranjos que nos fizeram despertar nosso roqueiro interior, nos remete ao som que amavámos quando erámos jovens, uma música completamente deliciosa.

A letra é muito gostosa de cantar junto, versos que nos fazem sentir libertados e nossas emoções, uma música que tem presença, que marca o ouvinte, com uma letra que nos empodera, é simplesmente sensacional e nós amamos cada detalhe, os arranjos ganharam nosso coração e nos fizeram vibrar na mesma sintonia da música, e a letra nos pegou por sua conexão com nós mesmos, é um pouco do que a gente sentiu ou sente, é inspiradora.

TOTAL REVERENDS was born in Rome from the meeting of two musicians whose individual trajectories were already marked by vast experience and a wide creative range. Guitarist and vocalist Francesco Forni joined drummer Piero Monterisi to build something that could contain discipline and spontaneity in the same context; their origins are diverse, and this contrast became central to the project's identity.

From the beginning, TOTAL REVERENDS was conceived as a space where collaboration and experimentation could go hand in hand, a spirit already tested throughout a long series of concerts before the project took full shape.

"What You Lost" is a rock song with a nostalgic feel, but at the same time it's completely innovative and has very authentic sounds. The instrumental evokes that rock vibe, that energy we've almost forgotten exists, because few artists do it this way nowadays. We feel completely immersed in these arrangements that awaken our inner rocker, reminding us of the sound we loved when we were young – a completely delightful song.

The lyrics are very catchy and easy to sing along to, verses that make us feel liberated and our emotions are on full display. It's a song that has presence, that leaves a mark on the listener, with empowering lyrics. It's simply sensational, and we love every detail.
