Blueprint Tokyo acaba de lançar seu novo e poderoso álbum, estã ode volta com um Ep que nos faz sentir vivos, mais um acerto do Blueprint Tokyo que chama nossa atenção e que nos faz mergulhar em sonoridades e em letras que nos fazem refletir.

O novo EP, Dark New Days, já está disponível são seis músicas sobre perseverar quando é difícil e acreditar que algo bom está do outro lado. A College Radio Charts descreveu no som como "música para transição — para a hora antes do amanhecer, para a volta para casa depois da discussão, para a decisão silenciosa de tentar novamente".

o Ep abre com a envolvente Orange Tiger, uma canção que nos abraça, ela começa com sonoridades das quais nos sentimos bem próximos, bastante confortáveis em ouvir e então já lança seu refrão de forma surpreendente, na sequência quando chega a explosão do refrão ele já vem sendo conhecido nosso e então como já ouvimos e amamos em primeiro momento no inicio da música começamos a cantar ele muito rápido e a canção a primeira ouvida já é uma velha amiga nossa que amamos e conhecemos, uma faixa muito fácil de amar e isso nos desperta vontade de ouvir mais e mais desse disco, essa canção é libertadora, cantar ela nos faz sentir expressados.

Here's Your Story é a segunda canção, ela dá uma super continuidade na canção anterior, nos faz ver o como esse disco traz canções integradas umas as outras, é uma faixa cheia de vida, com vocais que são a marca registrada do Blueprint Tokyo, rock que tem energia, guitarras envolventes, batidas que conseguem dar intensidade, uma composição que nos faz pensar, que cria identidade com o ouvinte, um rock de atitude, rock alternativo de muito talento que hoje em dia sentimos muita falta, essa canção tem aquele clima de clássico somado a um new wave delicioso que é a cara do Blueprint tokyo, nós amamos o solos, essa faixa nos fez lembrar o como amamos rock.

Just Repeat Myself é uma canção que tem um clima mais lento com piano, o que mostra o ocmo o Blueprint Tokyo tem talento para compor com diversos climas e instrumentos, ela traz um clima de emocore as vezes e também de um rock mais alternativo, deixando um pouco o new wave, uma canção que se parece com aquelas que amavámos nos anos 00, essa faixa é do tipo que nos faz pensar, ela é profunda, reflexiva, deliciosa, nós amamos o como ela tem carga emocional e o como ela nos eleva no pós segundo refrão, inpiradora e gostosa de ouvir, um misto do que há de melhor no rock através das decadas. 

Change my Mind  chega com muito frescor, rock que tem qualidade, rock alternativo que conqusita, que traz muita representação do que a gente ama e reconhece como música que impacta, amamos os arranjos, a letra, o como os vocais conseguem transmitir verdade e emoção, uma voz viva, com alma que da vida as palavras e faz com que elas nos atinjam, nós amamos muito essa canção que é simplesmente sensacional.

Blueprint Tokyo has just released their powerful new album, and they're back with an EP that makes us feel alive. Another hit from Blueprint Tokyo that grabs our attention and immerses us in sounds and lyrics that make us reflect.

The new EP, Dark New Days, is now available and features six songs about persevering when it's difficult and believing that something good is on the other side. College Radio Charts described the sound as "music for transition—for the hour before dawn, for the walk home after an argument, for the silent decision to try again."

The EP opens with the captivating "Orange Tiger," a song that embraces us. It begins with sounds that feel very close to us, quite comfortable to listen to, and then it launches its chorus in a surprising way. Following the explosion of the chorus, it's already familiar to us, and since we've heard and loved it from the very beginning of the song, we start singing it very quickly. The song, from the first listen, is already an old friend that we love and know, a track that's very easy to love, and this awakens the desire to hear more and more of this album. This song is liberating; singing it makes us feel expressed.

"Here's Your Story" is the second song, and it provides a great continuation from the previous one, showing us how this album features songs that are integrated with each other. It's a vibrant track, with vocals that are the trademark of Blueprint Tokyo, energetic rock, captivating guitars, intense beats, a composition that makes us think, that creates a connection with the listener, an attitude-driven rock, a talented alternative rock that we sorely miss these days. This song has that classic feel combined with a delicious new wave that is the essence of Blueprint Tokyo. We love the solos; this track reminded us how much we love rock.

"Just Repeat Myself" is a song with a slower, piano-driven feel, showcasing Blueprint Tokyo's talent for composing with diverse moods and instruments. It has an emocore vibe at times, and also a more alternative rock feel, leaving aside the new wave elements. It's a song reminiscent of those we loved in the 2000s. This track is the kind that makes you think; it's deep, reflective, and delightful. We love its emotional weight and how it uplifts us after the second chorus—inspiring and enjoyable to listen to, a mix of the best of rock throughout the decades.
