The Lazz lança novo single "Observer" sendo um dos diversos trabalhos que já foram lançados nesse ano. Entre eles, podemos citar "The Blackening" e "Shadows".
The Lazz é um projeto de metal conceitual liderado por Ben Lazzaro, compositor e guitarrista veterano com mais de 40 anos de experiência em apresentações (desde 1982). Lazzaro não é apenas um músico experiente, mas também um artista visual com formação acadêmica, possuindo um diploma de Associado em Ciências em Comunicação Visual (com honras) e trazendo 13 anos de experiência profissional como artista digital 3D na indústria de videogames.
O novo trabalho é uma das músicas mais expansivas desse universo. Ambientada no topo de uma montanha à beira da realidade, a canção acompanha um buscador que se liberta do medo, da ilusão e das limitações para despertar para um estado superior de consciência. Inspirando-se em temas místicos e filosóficos, a faixa transforma o despertar interior em algo épico, poderoso e visceral.
"Observer" inicia com riffs de guitarra que são eletrizantes, trazendo muita intensidade, poder e a gente embarca com as batidas estrondosas, criando uma atmosfera que incendeia a gente por dentro. A música tem uma tapeçaria que envolve o metal melódico e o hard rock, com presença de IA o que impressiona bastante.

The Lazz releases new single "Observer," one of several works released this year. Among them are "The Blackening" and "Shadows."
The Lazz is a conceptual metal project led by Ben Lazzaro, a veteran composer and guitarist with over 40 years of performing experience (since 1982). Lazzaro is not only an experienced musician but also a trained visual artist, holding an Associate of Science degree in Visual Communication (with honors) and bringing 13 years of professional experience as a 3D digital artist in the video game industry.
The new work is one of the most expansive songs in this universe. Set atop a mountain on the edge of reality, the song follows a seeker who breaks free from fear, illusion, and limitations to awaken to a higher state of consciousness. Inspired by mystical and philosophical themes, the track transforms inner awakening into something epic, powerful, and visceral.
"Observer" begins with electrifying guitar riffs, bringing a lot of intensity and power, and we are swept away by the thunderous beats, creating an atmosphere that ignites us from within. The music has a tapestry that blends melodic metal and hard rock, with the presence of AI, which is quite impressive.

It's as if we're searching to break free from everything that holds us back, that brings us down. "Observer" is familiar to those who grew up playing video games, with an atmosphere reminiscent of sounds that interact with our minds, nostalgic game sounds reminiscent of the 80s and 90s. This creates a texture as if we were passing a level, going in search of freedom at the top. The instrumental solo is absolutely fascinating, pumping euphoria and adrenaline through our veins; we want to feel the wind on our faces, look back and see all the monsters we've defeated. That's the power of metal that The Lazz creates in this new work.
