SLAPPER lança novo single "We Kept The Night" sendo o terceiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado os singles "The Break of Day" e "Into The Light".
O novo single nos conquista em uma onda nostálgica de synthpop. A música fala sobre momentos que nunca desaparecem de verdade, noites cheias de conexão, luz e a sensação de que o tempo poderia parar. Ela mistura texturas de inspiração retrô com uma atmosfera moderna e cinematográfica.
SLAPPER é um projeto musical que mistura música eletrônica, synthpop, techno melódico e trance para criar um som que é ao mesmo tempo sensível e nostálgico. O projeto começou no final dos anos 90 em Bucareste com Claudiu-Gabriel Tache como o único membro (sintetizador, programação).
"We Kept The Night" tem um início com sintetizador que nos leva diretamente em um nostálgico sentimento dos anos 80. Com batidas que chegam na canção, a faixa tem um ritmo mais agitado, tornando em um som que faz a noite se transformar naquele momento especial que gostaríamos que durasse pra sempre.
"We Kept The Night" é quando se tem alguém especial, que passa horas conversando talvez através da rede social, pessoalmente, aquela vontade de estar com a pessoa nessa noite e fazer algo memorável. Uma trilha que faz a gente imaginar filmes de romance que tem essa atmosfera, a música traz esse ambiente teen que eletriza os corações, faz jorrar vida em nossas veias quando saímos em uma sexta feira a noite pelas ruas da cidade em busca de significado.
