Atsushi Matsumoto lança novo EP "Études" que ao todo contém 7 faixas. Atsushi Matsumoto, radicado em Osaka, Japão, é um visionário musical cujo talento brilha em seu mais recente lançamento, o EP "Études". Este projeto solo nasceu do encontro com um velho piano vertical abandonado e um contrabaixo quebrado, criando o cenário perfeito para uma experiência musical única e imersiva.
Études é um testemunho da arte e dedicação de Atsushi Matsumoto, cada aspecto do EP reflete seu compromisso inabalável com sua arte. Da restauração e afinação meticulosas dos instrumentos à gravação, mixagem, masterização e até mesmo ao design da capa da fita cassete.
Para começar, tem a primeira faixa "Prelude" onde podemos desconectar do mundo ao redor e deixar o ambiente chuvoso, os sons interativos e os efeitos especiais nos levarem para longe. Logo depois, entram teclas de piano que são completamente cativantes.
"Acid Rain" nos leva em um ambiente que ainda está prestes a crescer, um som de baixo que é genial, com uma atmosfera que traz algo elegante, requintado, são teclas que trazem uma intensidade de uma tarde chuvosa e estamos em uma cafeteria lendo um bom livro.
"Rust" é a terceira faixa, com uma sonoridade que vai crescendo gradualmente com as teclas, os ouvintes sentem um clima marcante pelas pausas fortes entre as teclas, um jazz que acelera em alguns trechos, é extremamente fascinante a versatilidade que é colocada na canção, impondo mais intensidade em alguns momentos.
A quarta faixa é "Interlude" um momento transcendental que podemos sentir o som da chuva e nossa mente é anestesiada. As teclas entram e trazem aquela vida noturna de um jazz que podemos imaginar em uma noite de verão. A quinta faixa "Fleeting" continua essa magia que o jazz proporciona, esquecemos tudo ao redor, podemos imaginar tomando um vinho com alguém especial.
"Fairyland" é a sexta canção, com um arranjo mais versátil, uma caução que sentimos vida, a faixa nos conquista e envolve desde o início, trazendo uma aventura deliciosa onde podemos nos jogar e deixar a música nos levar. Para finalizar, tem a sétima e última canção "Postlude", com sons de sinos de entrada de loja, chuva, como se estivesse chegando em algum lugar.

Atsushi Matsumoto releases new EP "Études" containing 7 tracks.
Études is a testament to Atsushi Matsumoto's artistry and dedication; every aspect of the EP reflects his unwavering commitment to his art. From the meticulous restoration and tuning of the instruments to the recording, mixing, mastering, and even the cassette tape cover design. Atsushi Matsumoto, based in Osaka, Japan, is a musical visionary whose talent shines in his latest release, the EP "Études". This solo project was born from an encounter with an old, abandoned upright piano and a broken double bass, creating the perfect setting for a unique and immersive musical experience.
To begin, there's the first track, "Prelude," where we can disconnect from the world around us and let the rainy atmosphere, the interactive children, and the special effects take us far away. Soon after, two piano keys are completely captivating.
"Acid Rain" takes us into an atmosphere that is still unfolding, a brilliant bass sound, with an elegant, refined ambiance. The keyboards evoke the intensity of a rainy afternoon, and we're in a coffee shop reading a good book.
"Rust" is the third track, with a sound that gradually builds with the keyboards. Listeners feel a striking atmosphere due to the strong pauses between the keys, a jazz that accelerates in some sections. The nuances placed in the song are extremely fascinating, imposing greater intensity at certain moments.
The fourth track is "Interlude," a transcendental moment where we can feel the sound of the rain and our minds are anesthetized. The keyboards enter and bring that nocturnal jazz vibe we can imagine on a summer night. The fifth track, "Fleeting," continues this jazz magic; we forget everything around us, and can imagine ourselves drinking wine with someone special.
