The concept of the video, conceived with the talented film director Pavlo Khomiuk, has Kelsie silently walking through the idyllic cobblestone streets of the city with her partner mostly in tow, but with the occasional hug. The song is about a boy who is so fascinated by Kelsie's love and the smell of her perfume that he follows her everywhere. “I have to admit that in high school, I read the book ‘Perfume’ and watched the accompanying movie about a young man in Paris who was intoxicated by the scents of perfume worn by the women of the city. This inspired my song, but instead of the dark twist described in the book, my song is uplifting and about how love, like perfume, can be so mysteriously alluring. Perfume is my metaphor for love. The right scent, like the right love, is so powerful that no words are needed,” Kelsie said.

Although the video shows Kelsie calmly walking through Kiev as pedestrians pass her by, after filming wrapped, she and her film crew were having dinner at a small cafe when a Russian attack drone struck a nearby apartment building, killing 15-year-old Mariya Troyanovskaya. Kelsie dedicated the song to her.
