Daniel McGuiness lança novo EP 'The Hourglass' com 5 faixas. Antes, ele havia lançado alguns singles que fazem parte do trabalho.
O EP do britânico é o debute de sua carreira, que chega com 5 canções incríveis em um estilo que flui muito bem no folk, pop e rock. Para o inverno que estamos no momento, são 5 faixas para ir para uma viagem em um lugar frio com alguém que ama e ficar com os corações aquecidos.
Para começar, tem a primeira faixa 'Reciprocity' que inicia o trabalho com batidas agitadas, riffs suaves ao estilo indie rock e então o vocal entra. O baixo fica evidente, as batidas formam o corpo da música e sentimos isso dentro, fluindo em nossas veias. No refrão, o vocal solta a voz e os riffs voltam suaves. É um indie folk rock gostoso de ouvir, que contagia e gruda rapidamente na cabeça. O coro backing vocal traz uma harmonia gostosa para a música.
'Gone' é a segunda faixa. Com um começo com violão, um folk pop, com sons de teclas ao fundo, O vocal entra ao estilo dream pop, nos faz flutuar para longe com uma construção deliciosa dos acordes de violão. A música explora a magia do folk pop quando se encontram, trazendo um refrão cantante, com uma melodia intimista e bem envolvente, criando um ambiente bem agradável e confortável de ouvir. A música cresce com o tempo.
'Hourglass' é o nome do EP, a terceira faixa, ao estilo folktronico com riffs bem eletrizantes no começo, a canção vai ficando mais suave com sons de teclas e violino ao fundo. A música é transcendental, com a entrada de batidas a música cresce e então entamos na canção, que tem um clima bem envolvente e relaxante.
'Never Let It Go' é a quarta canção. Com um toque de violão com acordes como se fossem algo do verão, tem um clima cinematico romântico que nos conquista. Uma letra profunda e marcante, é um pedido difícil, tudo pode mudar, um amor fica diferente com o passar do tempo. Com teclado e violino, a canção é aquela que deve ser dedicada para alguém especial.
A quinta faixa 'Warm' chega na versão acústica. Não falarei muito pois chega de spoiler para um trabalho maravilhoso como esse que deve ser conferido de forma completa.

Daniel McGuiness releases new EP 'The Hourglass' with 5 tracks. Previously, he had released some singles that are part of the work.
The Brit's EP is the debut of his career, which comes with 5 incredible songs in a style that flows very well between folk, pop and rock. For the winter we are in at the moment, there are 5 tracks to go on a trip to a cold place with someone you love and keep your hearts warm.
To begin with, there is the first track 'Reciprocity' which begins the work with agitated beats, smooth indie rock style riffs and then the vocals enter. The bass is evident, the beats form the body of the song and we feel it inside, flowing through our veins. In the chorus, the vocals release their voice and the riffs return softly. It's a pleasant indie folk rock to listen to, which is contagious and quickly sticks in your head. The backing vocal choir brings a pleasant harmony to the song.
'Gone' is the second track. With a beginning with acoustic guitar, a folk pop sound, with the sounds of keys in the background, the vocal enters in a dream pop style, making us float away with a delicious construction of guitar chords. The song explores the magic of folk pop when they meet, featuring a sing-song chorus, with an intimate and very engaging melody, creating a very pleasant and comfortable listening environment. Music grows over time.
'Hourglass' is the name of the EP, the third track, in a folktronic style with very electrifying riffs at the beginning, the song becomes softer with sounds of keys and violin in the background.
