Return Trip lança novo EP 'ReScore' sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o single 'Under a Sheltering Sky' no ano passado e ainda tem o último álbum 'Spanish Roots' lançado em 2021.
Com o novo EP instrumental clássico, somos levados nesse clima europeu super relaxante e elegante, com melodias que nos conectam fortemente com a proposta do trabalho. 'ReScore' consiste em cinco faixas gravadas em Sofia por músicos da European Recording Orchestra, juntamente com artistas convidados do Reino Unido e da Venezuela. O álbum foi inspirado em quatro filmes diferentes. Cada faixa usa uma paleta sonora diferente, desde cordas quarteto para uma orquestra sinfônica completa. A música é baseada em harmonias e ritmos tradicionais da Espanha e do Mali.
Para começar, tem a primeira faixa 'Sheltering Sky' chega com um toque marcante de violoncelo e violino, com teclas sutis que são bem suaves e leves, fazendo a gente se debruçar em um céu azul, deitar em um gramado ao som dessa bela música e apreciar o que há de belo no horizonte.
A segunda faixa 'Olivia' tem uma sonoridade mais lenta que vai crescendo e nos conquista pelo clima frio e bem cativante que vai nos contagiando. Em 1:56 minutos, a faixa nos faz imaginar estar sentado em uma casa do campo tomando um café com quem amamos.
'The Ocean' é a quarta canção. Com um clima mais suave e ameno, um toque que soa como se fosse uma manhã gostosa, ensolarada, nos faz pensar no clima mediterrâneo com os toques que tem um traço espanhol. A faixa é completamente instigante e expresiva, levando nosso corpo a dançar.
Sem muito spoiler, o EP finaliza com a quinta canção 'Under a Sheltering Sky' com uma sonoridade dançante, nos faz imaginar os passos do tango e então isso esquenta nossos corações.
O novo trabalho está magnífico, com muita qualidade sonora, em alto nível, expressivo e acima de tudo elegante.

Return Trip launches new EP 'ReScore', being the first work released this year. Previously, the single 'Under a Sheltering Sky' was released last year and there is still the latest album 'Spanish Roots' released in 2021. With the new classic instrumental EP, we are taken into this super relaxing and elegant European atmosphere, with melodies that connect us strongly with the proposal of the work. 'ReScore' consists of five tracks recorded in Sofia by musicians from the European Recording Orchestra, together with guest artists from the UK and Venezuela. The album was inspired by four different films. Each track uses a different sonic palette, from string quartet to a full symphony orchestra. The music is based on traditional harmonies and rhythms from Spain and Mali. To begin with, the first track 'Sheltering Sky' arrives with a striking touch of cello and violin, with subtle keys that are very soft and light, making us lean into a blue sky, lay down on a lawn to the sound of this beautiful music and appreciate what is beautiful on the horizon. The second track 'Olivia' has a slower sound that grows and wins us over with the cold and very captivating atmosphere that infects us. At 1:56 minutes, the track makes us imagine sitting in a country house having a coffee with the one we love. 'The Ocean' is the fourth song. With a softer and milder climate, a ringtone that sounds like a pleasant, sunny morning, makes us think of the Mediterranean climate with ringtones that have a Spanish touch. The track is completely thought-provoking and expressive, making our bodies dance. Without too many spoilers, the EP ends with the fifth song 'Under a Sheltering Sky' with a danceable sound, it makes us imagine the tango steps and then it warms our hearts. The new work is magnificent, with great sound quality, at a high level, expressive and above all elegant. Listen here:
