Bullet proof é o nome do novo single de trabalho dos gênios do indie rock contemporâneo The Hinterland, uma mistura de arranjos feitos por quem sabe o que está fazendo nos leva a imergir em sonoridades que percorrem nosso corpo.
Escrito e produzido por Oliver Bailey (teclados, guitarra e baixo), conta as consequências de um relacionamento difícil e manipulador e um desejo de retomar o controle emocional. A música leva você a uma jornada sonora de 3 minutos e meio - a abertura cativante, as harmonias melódicas de duas partes dos versos sugerindo um Crowded House mais pesado, a bateria bombástica do refrão, um meio 8 que lembra o início do Muse e o crescente solo de slide guitar , uma homenagem ao The Killers. A música foi gravada no Kore Studios em Acton e no próprio estúdio da banda em Londres. Um videoclipe filmado em Berlim acompanhará o lançamento.

Bullet proof is the name of the new single from contemporary indie rock geniuses The Hinterland, a mix of arrangements made by those who know what they are doing leads us to immerse ourselves in sounds that course through our body.
Written and produced by Oliver Bailey (keyboards, guitar and bass), it tells the consequences of a difficult and manipulative relationship and a desire to regain emotional control. The song takes you on a 3 and a half minute sonic journey - the catchy opening, the melodic two-part harmonies of the verses suggesting heavier Crowded House, the bombastic drums of the chorus, a middle 8 reminiscent of early Muse and the soaring slide guitar solo, a tribute to The Killers. The song was recorded at Kore Studios in Acton and at the band's own studio in London. A music video filmed in Berlin will accompany the launch.
