Sugar Scars lança novo single "Height" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado pelo artista.
Sugar Scars é um projeto musical binacional de um casal de DJs multi instrumentais que fazem fronteira entre os EUA e o México. Especificamente, Juarez, México, e El Paso, Texas. O som deveria ser um choque de ideias influenciado por duas culturas fronteiriças diferentes, mas o resultado foi uma produção única que parecia que suas diferenças gravitam entre si para criar um triunfo único e eclético
O primeiro single do futuro álbum, “Rhythmic Body Reactions” é intitulado “Haight”. Na faixa, a abertura, a instrumentação é uma interação de sintetizador e guitarra que cria uma introdução ideal, que atrai você totalmente. É brevemente acompanhada por uma batida lenta e vocais únicos e agradáveis, encharcados de delay e reverb psicodélicos. O efeito é um estado de sonho. Seu desenvolvimento lento mantém você preso à medida que você percebe influências de todos os lugares, mas ironicamente, com um som próprio e único.
Como diz Sugar Scars, “Haight” é uma música sobre uma situação ideal na pista de dança com alguém que te fascina, e resulta em dois se tornando um na pista de dança em um momento de felicidade.”
"Haight" é aquela canção animada de balada, festa, que traz uma sensação única para gente, como se nossa mente pudesse flutuar. Imagine em uma festa, pista de dança, uma faixa leve que nos leva para longe, em uma mistura eclética que traz pop e o rock ao estilo eletrônico, batidas agitadas, sem querer nos esbarramos em alguém e de repente conversa vai e conversa vem, a mágica acontece e então você fica com essa pessoa nessa noite.
"Haight" traz a sensação que a noite vai ser agradável, especial, ao trazer sons minimalistas, vocal introspectivo, a faixa contém bastante detalhes que mantém nossa mente conectada, nesse trabalho suave e psicodélico que mescla o dream pop através de sintetizador e o indie rock com alguns riffs de guitarra na tapeçaria da faixa. O arranjo e produção criam uma atmosfera única e vibrante.

Sugar Scars releases new single "Height" being the first work released by the artist.
Sugar Scars is a binational musical project by a couple of multi-instrumental DJs who live on the border between the USA and Mexico. Specifically, Juarez, Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. The sound was supposed to be a clash of ideas influenced by two different border cultures, but the result was a unique production that felt like their differences gravitated towards each other to create a unique and eclectic triumph.
The first single from the upcoming album, “Rhythmic Body Reactions” is titled “Haight”. In the opening track, the instrumentation is an interplay of synth and guitar that creates an ideal introduction that completely draws you in. It is recently accompanied by a slow beat and unique and specific vocals, enchanted with psychedelic delay and reverb. The effect is a dream state. Its slow development keeps you hooked as you notice influences from everywhere, but ironically, with its own unique sound.
As Sugar Scars says, “Haight” is a song about an ideal situation on the dance floor with someone who fascinates you, and resulting in the two of you becoming a dance floor in a moment of happiness.”
"Haight" is that lively party song that brings a unique feeling to us, as if our mind could float. Imagine at a party, on the dance floor, a light track that takes us away, in an eclectic mix that brings pop and rock to an electronic style, upbeat beats, we accidentally bump into someone and suddenly talk comes and goes, a Magic happens and then you stay with that person that night.
"Haight" brings the feeling that the night will be pleasant, special, by bringing minimalist sounds, introspective vocals, the track contains a lot of details that keep our mind connected, in this soft and psychedelic work that mixes dream pop through the synthesizer and the indie rock with some guitar riffs in the tapestry of the track. The arrangement and production create a unique and vibrant atmosphere.
