Rethink adota uma abordagem direta e contundente, tanto liricamente quanto musicalmente, gerando raiva e frustração em relação aos comentários transfóbicos feitos pelo primeiro-ministro. Um hino provocativo que luta por uma causa digna. Banhada de um ritmo intenso que nos faz reviver o rock, finalmente Teddy traz o rock sendo o rock, com ritmo forte e mensagem que tem propósito, chama a atenção e que cutuca a sociedade.
Sobre a faixa Teddy disse : " Eu estava um pouco estagnado e não estava escrevendo nada com o qual me sentisse particularmente conectado. Mas assim que vi/ouvi os comentários transfóbicos que Rishi Sunak estava fazendo, imediatamente me senti compelido a escrever, e a música se escreveu sozinha muito rapidamente."
Uma canção que realmente faz sentido e nos representa, uma indignação coletiva exposta que nos permite se sentir expressados, a letra é a melodia, o estilo rock dos anos 2000, tudo nessa música nos liberta e nos faz sentir vivos novamente, adolescentes prontos para viver por um motivo.

Rethink is the name of the new single from the talented and brilliant Teddy Clarke, an attitude rock song with a political message and a lot of personality, music to make an impact.
Rethink takes a direct and blunt approach, both lyrically and musically, generating anger and frustration towards transphobic comments made by the Prime Minister. A provocative anthem that fights for a worthy cause. Bathed in an intense rhythm that makes us relive rock, Teddy finally brings rock by being rock, with a strong rhythm and a message that has purpose, attracts attention and pokes at society.
Of the track Teddy said: "I was a bit stuck and wasn't writing anything that I felt particularly connected to. But as soon as I saw/heard the transphobic comments that Rishi Sunak was making, I immediately felt compelled to write, and the song It wrote itself very quickly."
A song that really makes sense and represents us, a collective indignation exposed that allows us to feel expressed, the lyrics are the melody, the rock style of the 2000s, everything in this song frees us and makes us feel alive again, teenagers ready to live for a reason.
