Empty Machines lança novo single 'Velvet Sky' sendo o segundo trabalho lançado nesse ano. Antes, havia sido lançado o single 'Luna', a qual alcançou destaque na rádio nacional BBC1. O projeto duo vem diretamente de Glasgow, Escócia. O duo é formado por Thomas Crawford e Jodie Helena, que juntos, tem aquele estilo DIY, compondo, escrevendo e produzindo de seu próprio estúdio, tendo autonomia e independência no cenário musical.
'Velvet Sky' chega com um clima cinemático, batidas fortes, um clima de caos futurista dentro de um rock and roll que tem influências pop e punk, somos levados com riffs de guitarra que nos rasgam por dentro com uma sonoridade poderosa e que é vibrante.
