Rich Kid Express lança novo EP "Under The Purple Lights" sendo o primeiro trabalho lançado nesse ano.
Antes, havia sido lançado o álbum "Psychodelic" em 2020 e o single "Cold Hearted" em 2021.
O novo trabalho traz um rock and roll clássico, para fazer os ouvintes vibrar com uma energia que nos tira do chão, com grandes riffs e letras que são geniais. Para começar, tem a primeira faixa "U Never...." que nos leva na introdução para os anos 80. Logo, as batidas agitadas e fortes nos faz acelerar o coração e então somos eletrizados, com um vocal expressivo que nos conquista e nos faz cantar juntos em um refrão forte.
Na segunda faixa "Hard Time Lady" tem um forte começo, com influências fortes dos anos 70, o vocal nos contagia. Eles arrebentam, fazem os amantes de rock and roll sentirem os solos de guitarra fluir nas veias, um som que é para ouvir na estrada, em uma viagem, aumentar o som e cantar junto.
Na terceira canção "Mr. Spiffster" é para não sair da cabeça. As transições instrumentais surpreendem os ouvintes, que voltam no tempo em um rock and roll genuíno. O som do baixo é elegante, a guitarra incendiando tudo e a bateria para agitar a galera. O vocal leva a canção para onde ele quer, com variações que levam os ouvintes para diferentes ambientes.
A quarta canção "That's The Way" talvez seja a mais pop do álbum, ainda sim, um rock que cativa bastante os ouvintes. Poderia ser trilha sonora de um filme que marcou época nos anos 80, tem uma pegada mais suave e é mais fácil para ouvintes que não gostem tanto de rock ouvir, pois é bem leve e envolve os ouvintes.
A quinta canção é para os ouvintes desfrutarem, sem spoiler, "The Dotted Line" finaliza um trabalho que resgata o rock and roll que segue muito bem representado por Rich Kid Express, com canções marcantes e que arrebatam os ouvintes.

Rich Kid Express releases new EP "Under The Purple Lights" being the first work released this year. Previously, the album "Psychodelic" had been released in 2020 and the single "Cold Hearted" in 2021. The new work brings classic rock and roll, to make listeners vibrate with an energy that takes us off the ground, with great riffs and lyrics that are brilliant. To begin with, there is the first track "U Never...." which takes us in the introduction to the 80s. Soon, the agitated and strong beats make our heart race and then we are electrified, with an expressive vocal that wins us over and we make ourselves sing together in a strong chorus. The second track "Hard Time Lady" has a strong start, with strong influences from the 70s, the vocals are infectious. They rock, they make rock and roll lovers feel the guitar solos flowing through their veins, a sound that is perfect to listen to on the road, on a trip, turn up the volume and sing along. In the third song "Mr. Spiffster" you can't get out of your head. The instrumental transitions surprise listeners, taking them back in time to genuine rock and roll. The bass sound is elegant, the guitar sets everything on fire and the drums keep the crowd going. The vocal takes the song wherever he wants, with variations that take listeners to different environments. The fourth song "That's The Way" is perhaps the most pop on the album, yet a rock song that captivates listeners. It could be the soundtrack of a film that marked an era in the 80s, it has a softer feel and is easier for listeners who don't like rock so much to listen to, as it is very light and involves the listeners. The fifth song is for listeners to enjoy, without spoilers, "The Dotted Line" ends a work that revives the rock and roll that continues to be very well represented by Rich Kid Express, with striking songs that captivate listeners.
