9 O'clock Nasty lança novo EP "Mickey Humper - The Brunchtime Pocket Opera" sendo o sexto trabalho lançado nesse ano.
Antes, havia sido lançado os singles "The Tuba: Herbielife" e "Pyramid".
Com uma ideia genial por trás das letras, as 2 bandas 9 O'clock Nasty e The Qwarks juntam suas forças em um EP que traz uma ideia de amor, seus limites, a forma de demonstrar em um mundo moderno, uma crítica a sociedade usando um cachorro e seu brinquedo que tanto ama, "Mickey", uma metáfora para as relações sociais.
A primeira faixa "Mickey Humper pt I" tem uma pegada indie rock, nostálgica, despojada, um som corrido e marcante pelas batidas, o vocal canta com muita expressividade no coro e no refrão que é repetido, somos levados e nos dá vontade de cantar juntos, com riffs de guitarra arrebatadores, eles passam uma mensagem forte ao som do velho e ótimo rock de garagem.
A segunda faixa "Mickey Humper pt II" tem um ritmo e riffs do rock clássico e a banda canta junto, como se tivesse ditando algumas frases, em meio a uma melodia desconcertante e vibrante da guitarra, o baixo que dita o tom e as batidas eufóricas.
O EP tem todo um conceito, as 2 canções são complementares, é um EP como se fosse uma ópera, com história para contar e nos faz viajar nas ideias que traz na letra. Abordagens sobre ser contra um império global da mídias sociais, sobre a objetofilia por parte da sociedade, uma crítica profunda usando o amor e guitarra que incendeia nossas veias.

9 O'clock Nasty releases new EP "Mickey Humper - The Brunchtime Pocket Opera" being the sixth work released this year. Previously, the singles "The Tuba: Herbielife" and "Pyramid" had been released. With a genius idea behind the lyrics, the 2 bands 9 O'clock Nasty and The Qwarks join forces in an EP that brings an idea of love, its limits, the way to demonstrate in a modern world, a critique of society using a dog and his toy he loves so much, "Mickey", a metaphor for social relationships. The first track "Mickey Humper pt I" has an indie rock feel, nostalgic, stripped down, a rushing sound and remarkable for the beats, the vocal sings with a lot of expressiveness in the chorus and in the chorus that is repetition, we are carried away and makes us want to sing together, with sweeping guitar riffs, they deliver a strong message to the sound of great old garage rock. The second track "Mickey Humper pt II" has a classic rock rhythm and riffs and the band sings along, as if dictating some phrases, amidst a disconcerting and vibrant melody of the guitar, the bass that dictates the tone and the beats euphoric .
